1. Certificate of Inspection (COI)
2. Piping Diagrams / Transfer Procedures (stripping)
3. Emer. Response Procedures & Notifications
4. Hose Test Certificates
5. USCG Security Approval Letter
6. SDS for Current and Prior Cargo(s)
7. Declaration of Inspection (DOI’s)

DRIP PANS / DECKS / SCUPPER PLUGS

8. Empty/Clean, plugged and/or valve closed
9. Free from oily residues and/or debris
10. All scuppers good condition and tight

BLINDS/FLANGES

11. Blind installed and new gaskets
12. Proper blind flange on Vapor Recovery header
13. Every hole has bolt installed and tool tight

HEADER LINE

14. Blind Flange (Bolt in every hole)
15. Drop valve closed
16. Drain valve closed

CARGO HOSE (Inside Containment Rail)

17. Test date within past 12 months
18. Marked “OIL SERVICE”
19. Marked “MAWP 150 PSI”
20. General Condition

PUMP ENGINE / PUMP (DISCHARGE ONLY)

21. Filters, belts, fluid levels, etc. OK
22. Fuel tank full (No closer than 12" from top)
23. Fuel tank drained of water/trash
24. Engine run
25. Emergency Shutdown tested
26. Packing good, no signs of leakage
27. Shaft & Exhaust Guards In Good Condition

CARGO TANKS

28. All valves operating properly
29. All Flame screens / Vents in good condition
30. Properly Labeled (Danger – Do Not Enter)
31. PV Valves operating properly

SLOP TANK

32. Hatch secure, valves closed, vented, 12" from top

HOSE BOOM(S)

33. Winches work freely
34. Cables in good condition

VAPOR RECOVERY SYSTEM

35. Test PV Valve Operation, Inspect PV Gauge
36. Test visual and audible alarm panel
37. Vapor drain is not plugged, drain any accumulated fluid
